The ICO fines company £350K for making 75 million automated marketing calls.
The company named as Mis-Sold Products UK LTD made calls over a four month period from November 2015 to March 2016.
146 complaints were made to the ICO from members of the public, some of whom were called on multiple occasions, whilst others were even called late at night.
