Some News From The World Of Timeshare

Interval International Adds Two Resorts To Its Exchange Network and RCI Adds 24 new resorts in Asia

The timeshare and vacation membership giant Interval International, has announced it will be adding two new resorts to its growing portfolio.

The company already has over 3000 resorts in more than 80 countries, which it operates through its exchange network. The two properties include Grand Guadalupe and Santosi both by Inmense hotel chain and located in Mexico. Both resorts are located close to the historic centre and provide all the amenities timeshare owners are used to.

The company said that timeshare owners of Inmense hotels will automatically be enrolled as Interval International members. This will allow them access to their huge network of vacation properties worldwide.

Maru Moreno, Director for Inmense Hotels said: “We are committed to providing our client and future members with the most memorable vacations possible. Our properties bring them closer to Mexico’s cultural roots with the style and sophistication that today’s travellers appreciate. We are proud to partner with Interval because of the exceptional service it provides our members and the high-quality properties accessible through its global network.”

RCI has added an additional 24 resorts to its already bulging portfolio of properties.

RCI now boasts 613 affiliated resorts in the India region, offering the largest number of resorts to its members. The Resorts are located in Malaysia, China and Vietnam and 18 resorts in India. RCI already has over 4,300 affiliated resorts in 110 countries and an incredible 3.8 million members worldwide.

RCI Managing Director for Asia said: “Bringing new and high quality resorts in sought after destinations around the region for our 3.8 million members has always been our priority. This year RCI 45thanniversary and this is indeed a milestone achievement for us. In the last 18 months, we added 76 resorts to our affiliate exchange network in the Asia Pacific and India region, to offer our members a diverse array of options to suit their holiday desires.”

People who enter into Timeshare agreements often find it difficult to keep up with the mounting maintenance fees and simply cannot afford it any longer. They may also find that the Timeshare no longer suits their needs and simply want to end the contract. There are too many individuals who are willing to take advantage of Timeshare owners and offer fake products, along with timeshare exit schemes. Before agreeing to any Timeshare termination or exit procedure with an individual or company, seek independent advise and fully research any company you are thinking of working with.

It is also important to remember that purchasing a Timeshare should NEVER be viewed as a financial investment. Timeshare is an investment in lifestyle, in future holidays and family time together. There is almost no resale value to a Timeshare.

The mis-selling of holiday products is, unfortunately, common practice within the holiday industry and these type of crimes often go unreported by the most vulnerable in our society and criminal convictions are few and far between.

If you have purchased a Lifestyle / Concierge Service, a Timeshare or a ‘holiday points’ based product from a resort or company and feel unhappy with the service, or feel you have been mis-sold this product, please get in touch with us to discuss how we may be able to help you with a possible Timeshare Termination.
